Our Story
A journey of faith, determination, and divine calling
How It All Began...
In the year 2019, Aaron Beach was a Game Master at Breakout Games Indianapolis and also worked part-time for Made in the USA D.B.A. ProVim. He was doing well overall but the lack of a consistent income was troubling. He had taken some business courses and had thought about what it would be like to own his own business.
Over the course of a few months, three close people told him to start a business: his Pastor, his brother-in-law, and a good friend of his. He was still unsure about it. Even though, he had some business knowledge, actually going forth and trying to start his own… brought forth fear and anxiety.

The Night That Changed Everything
The night of November 15th, changed the course of his life. He was attending a worship night with a good friend of his, Stephanie Turner, leading worship. It was a powerful atmosphere charged with Holy Spirit.
"I won't strand you on an island. I'll always be with you."
— The Lord's promise to Aaron
In that moment, he decided to follow God and begin his exit from Breakout Games. In the next month, Aaron had exited Breakout Games after giving gifts to each of his co-workers. He then began the journey of working for himself.
Building the Foundation
He started with Upwork. He made a profile, uploaded a resume, and began bidding on jobs. Within a week, he had his 1st customer. He kept it up until he had a couple of clients. He worked hard by also using CatchAFire.org to build up a profile of work.
Over time, he began to become annoyed with Upwork's fee structure and wanted to invoice his own clients, but to do that he would need to become an actual company through the state. He brainstormed company names with friends and family. He finally settled on Code of Grace. He talked with his friend, Tamara Adams, and she helped establish him with an LLC named Code of Grace in October of 2021.

Creating the Brand
He worked to build a brand built around the 'cog,' as that was an obvious acronym nod to Code of Grace. He had a former Breakout Games co-worker named Tessa that designed our first logo when we launched.
He wanted to use blue as it was his favorite color and has a digital services feel.
Expansion into Web Hosting
In July of 2022, a proposal was made for Code of Grace, LLC. to take over a web server's billing but also to acquire all hosting accounts and domains on said server. Aaron thought about it, prayed about it and got confirmation from the Lord to go through with the deal.
It was at that point, that Code of Grace, LLC. became a web hosting company.
